Dr. Robert H. Kelly has practised medicine in Fort Worth since 1984, providing trusted care to adults and older adults for more than four decades. With expertise in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, hospital care, hospice, and post-acute care, Dr. Kelly is dedicated to attentive, compassionate, and medically excellent care. As a co-founder of Premium Medical Home, he continues a longstanding family tradition centred on trust and meaningful patient relationships.

Karla joined the practice in April 2026, bringing over 20 years of clinical and retail management experience to her role as Office Manager.

Kellie is our Records Analyst. She has been with us since May of 2021. Kellie has a husband, 3 children, and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and horses.
