A Legacy of Care in Fort Worth
Dr. Robert H. Kelly has been practicing medicine in Fort Worth since 1984, when he opened his private office alongside his father, Dr. Gordon B. Kelly, and brother, Dr. Allan R. Kelly. The building at 929 College Avenue was purpose-built to house their three individual practices—and remains home to this long-standing medical tradition. Over four decades, Dr. Kelly has provided continuous care for adults and older adults, with a focus on internal medicine, geriatric medicine, hospital care, hospice, and post-acute care. His approach is built on trust, attentiveness, and medical excellence—hallmarks of what would later become Premium Medical Home, a model he co-founded in 2010.
Education & Credentials
Dr. Kelly also completed a postgraduate externship at Oxford University, England, where he studied advanced topics in internal medicine, infectious disease, and pediatrics.
