Susan is Dr. Kelly’s Insurance Accounts Manager and Legal Affairs Manager. She interacts with insurance companies and helps handle insurance claim issues. Susan is also available to answer patient questions concerning their accounts. She prepares financial reports and, as legal affairs assistant, is the coordinator of Dr. Kelly’s expert work for legal firms.

Susan joined the practice in July 2017 and received her B.A. in History from the University of Texas at Arlington, and also holds a Master of Education degree from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining Team Kelly, Susan was the facility administrator for a local freestanding emergency room, and prior to that was a public-school teacher and principal. Susan and husband Richard have three grown sons and an adorable granddaughter! Susan enjoys singing, knitting, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family.
