Paula is Dr. Kelly’s Certified Professional Coder and administrative assistant. She enters all patient billing documents for claims processing through insurance carriers. Additionally, she checks patients in and out, handles phone calls, schedules patient appointments in the practice and with other physicians. She maintains charts and filing. Paula has worked at Dr. Kelly’s office since 2001, and she was previously with Radiology Associates for 13 years. Paula and her husband have two daughters and one grandson. She keeps their two wonderful Schnauzers in line. Paula and her husband enjoy riding through the countryside on their Harley-Davidson.
